2. Digital SOP: Bridging Procedure and Action

Every NG case must be handled according to a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The Digital SOP feature allows:

  • Structured storage and access to SOPs.

  • Integration of SOPs with equipment type, process parameters, and NG types.

  • Automatic triggers: When an NG occurs, the relevant SOP appears on the analyst's dashboard.

  • Audit trail tracking: Who viewed the SOP, who executed it, and when.

With digital SOPs, there's no more “forgot the procedure” or “procedure not followed.” Everything is documented, integrated, and real-time.
